Case studies from 22 years of delivery — how we understood specific business problems and what we built to solve them.
Building a mobile application specifically for Tamil Nadu audiences required more than translation. The content structure, navigation patterns, user expectations and language rendering all needed to reflect local usage patterns. Most app development approaches treat localisation as an afterthought — applying translations to an English-first architecture. This produces apps that feel foreign to the audience they are meant to serve.
We treated Tamil language and local content patterns as primary requirements from day one — not as a layer added at the end. The architecture, content management system and UI were all designed around Tamil-first content delivery.
Managing an international academic competition involves multiple simultaneous challenges: participant registration from different countries, structured submission and judging workflows across multiple evaluator levels, real-time result management, and the administration overhead of issuing certificates to participants at scale. Spreadsheets and manual processes could not support the volume and complexity required. The platform also needed to work reliably on both web browsers and mobile devices for participants and administrators across geographies.
We designed the platform around the competition workflow first — mapping every stage from registration through to certificate issuance before writing a single line of code. The architecture was built to support concurrent users from multiple countries, multi-level judging (where results from one level feed into the next), and automated certificate generation with verification capabilities.
A growing travel agency was managing enquiries, bookings and customer communication manually. As enquiry volume grew, the manual process meant missed opportunities and inconsistent follow-up. Competing with larger online travel aggregators required a professional web presence that gave customers confidence to book directly — without the agency losing margin to OTA platforms.
We built a direct-to-customer web platform that allows the agency to showcase packages professionally, accept online payments, capture and manage enquiries, and maintain a customer database — giving them the digital capability of a larger operator without OTA dependency.
A language training institution wanted to scale its teaching beyond its physical classrooms and reach students who could not attend in person. Building a credible online learning platform required more than uploading videos — it needed structured course management, student progress tracking, and an institutional feel that would give students confidence in the quality of the online experience.
We built a learning management system designed specifically for the institution's teaching methodology — structured course delivery, student-facing progress dashboards, and administrative tools that gave the institution full visibility of student engagement without requiring technical expertise to operate.
